Rooms with a balcony and a garden below

Tell us your dates and the reservations desk will confirm the room and the tariff. The films below are of the guest block, a verandah, and a bathroom on the property.

A laterite block of balconies

Rooms sit one above another in a white and laterite building. Each level has a balcony with a dark rail. A lawn and young palms fill the ground in front, and a stair rises at the side of the block.

We do not publish a rate card here. Availability changes with the season in Goa, so the desk replies with the room that fits your dates.

A sit-out with a woven lamp

One of the sit-outs is a covered verandah: a built-in seat with a turquoise cushion, two lime pillows, a dark wood table, and a cane pendant under the beams. The rail looks toward the plants outside.

Green tile and a stone vanity

The guest bathroom is lined in deep green fluted tile. A dark stone vanity holds a white basin, a slim brass-edged mirror hangs above it, and a glass shower sits to the side. The floor carries a black and white zigzag.

Shared rooms and the grounds

Breakfast, transfers, and extra services are arranged when you enquire. The list here is what the property shows.

Dining room

Glass-topped tables, cane chairs with pale cushions, and windows onto the greenery. A sculpted mask hangs on the plaster wall between the openings.

Garden walkway

A covered, glazed path from the entrance into the lobby, wet stone underfoot after the grounds are washed.

Lawns and palms

Fan palms, a lawn, and a low garden wall with built-in seats along the bungalow side of the property.

A cobbled approach lined with pots, useful for being dropped at the door.
